Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Odoo sales activities in international markets, with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding the company’s global footprint.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders across various industries.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored Odoo ERP solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the full capabilities of Odoo.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed international sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Odoo developments, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s offerings.
  • Participate in international conferences, webinars, and events to promote Odoo solutions and network with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager with expertise in Odoo ERP (preferably 3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of Odoo’s modules, functionalities, and how they address business needs across various industries.
  • Previous experience selling enterprise software or ERP solutions to international clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Experience in managing long sales cycles and dealing with complex client requirements.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales performance metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle diverse challenges in global markets.
