Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze client business processes and requirements to recommend and configure the right Odoo solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide guidance on implementing Odoo modules such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing, and more.
  • Provide functional expertise and support during Odoo implementations, upgrades, and system optimizations.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules to meet specific client needs, ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Deliver training to clients on how to use Odoo effectively and provide post-implementation support.
  • Create detailed functional documentation, including business process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the required customizations are correctly developed and deployed.
  • Participate in project planning and timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery of Odoo projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, offering solutions that improve client satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with Odoo releases, new features, and best practices in the ERP field.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar role (preferably 3+ years).
  • Strong understanding of core Odoo modules, including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Purchasing, HR, and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in configuring and implementing Odoo in different industries, with a focus on business process optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt Odoo functionalities to meet client-specific needs.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and provide consultative guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Odoo versioning and experience with the latest Odoo releases.
  • Strong documentation skills and experience creating business process flows, functional specifications, and user manuals.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
