Key Responsibilities
- Make cold calls to potential clients in the USA during US business hours, generating leads and building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain a clear and detailed record of all interactions with prospects in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Understand client needs and present the company's products/services as solutions to their challenges.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, outreach strategies, and refine messaging.
- Track performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and other KPIs.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry news to effectively pitch to potential clients.
- Provide feedback from potential clients to help improve product offerings, messaging, and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales, preferably in the USA market.
- Ability to work in USA time zones (preferably during business hours in the Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zone).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage prospects, understand their needs, and articulate the value of the company’s solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and establish trust with prospects quickly.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) to manage leads and track performance.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
