Google has informed the market that it has acquired a company named Divide. Company’s mobile app allows users to safely use corporate email and document. Company was founded in the year 2010. It has got $23 million from venture investors. It was founded by some of the ex-employees of Morgan Stanley. The team previously lead the mobile app development of the bank.
The helps in dividing the personal and business space in the mobile phone. In the technological term it is called a ‘Secure Container’. It is a very popular app. The app continues to be developed and supported by the same team.
